The wedding will take place on Saturday, April 5th from 5-9 p.m. local time.

We are staying from Thursday, April 3rd to Tuesday, April 8th. You are welcome to stay as long as you’d like and can join us at any point. We’ll likely be planning activities throughout the week!

You can arrive whenever is most convenient for you and stay as long as you’d like! Since the wedding is on a Saturday, we would consider arriving on Friday and leaving Sunday or later.

Yes, kids are definitely allowed! If you’re planning on bringing your little ones and we didn’t include them on the invite list just reach out to one of us so we can add them. Babies are obviously welcome as well!

We would recommend dressing semi-formal to casual. Keep in mind the ceremony will take place on the beach. For this portion you’ll want to either be barefoot or wear sandals. In terms of clothes, we would opt for lightweight and breathable fabrics, in light and neutral colors. Flowy dresses or skirts for the ladies and linen pants or khakis with a button-down shirt for men are great options! We just want you to be comfortable, while also looking your best. Wedding colors are champagne, mauve and blush pink so you can expect the wedding party to be wearing these colors.

April tends to be the driest month of the year which means no rain for us (yay)! Throughout the day you can expect low to mid 80s with cooler evenings dropping to about 60s. So def expect warm weather and bring your fav summer clothes!

The reception will take place on the beach followed by the ceremony which will take place in the patio area in front of the pool. The entire wedding will be outdoors so keep this in mind when planning your outfits.

The hotel can arrange to have a shuttle pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Please coordinate with the hotel directly to arrange this. There is a fee associated with this.

The Barcelo Puerto Vallarta hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the airport. Please note the hotel is actually located in Mismaloya which is a city that borders Puerto Vallarta.

We do not have a wedding registry but if you’d like to gift us something we kindly ask that you donate to our honeymoon fund :)
